I sailed on the MSC Poesia last year and it will be my last cruise with the MSC line. The room was plain and they didn't do any special animals with the towels (guess we are spoiled by the american ships!).
Food was so-so, wait staff ignored us (5 women & 1 man traveling together). They even sat us at separate tables!( even though they knew we all booked together)
One nite one lady was feeling ill and declined to eat so from that point on for the rest of the cruise they never gave her a menu! I had to share the menu with her even though we all ordered food after the brief illness incident.
To make matters even worse, they never refilled our water glasses even though we signaled repeatedly. It got to the point that I got up myself and grabbed a water pitcher from the wait staff podium and served all the people at tables near us. (they never got water either) Needless to say, we got dirty looks from the waiter after that.

I went to the website and it would not allow me to use the drop down menu to check for specials, etc.
Needless to say - if the site doesn't work - well, I'll stick with RCCL

Starwood's One Day Wonder and Cyber Monday promotions were nothing but a gimmick. Check out comments on their Facebook page, facebook.com/spg and do a search on comments sent to @SPGInsider. Please consider writing a post on this.
