But first, we need your questions. If you've ever wondered about any part of the spa experience—how to find them, how to evaluate them, how to figure out a match to your expectations, how to get the best value—now is your chance to get answers. You may be curious about issues such as:
Do you get more value by staying in a hotel and paying a la carte for spa treatments, or by booking a stay in which treatments are included?
What are the best resources for finding great spas, and for finding great spa package deals?
Do guys really go to spas, or is that marketing hype?
What kind of spa is best for first-timers?
What are some of the most common spa faux pas?
Is it necessary to get naked before a massage?
When is it appropriate to tip spa staffers, and how much should I tip?
Ask your questions, and we'll do our best to answer them in an upcoming issue of Budget Travel.

Question for the article: Should I make my spa appt's before my trip or just wait until I arrive?

My 85 year old mother commented the other day that she wants to get a passport---because she'd like to go to London and Paris. The only foreign country mom has been to is Canada (she lived in Detroit for 60 years.) I can't put this off. I'd like a low key trip where we fly to London, relax, spend one day on a non-walking tour, have a free day then fly to Paris. I'd want to do another non-walking tour with her in Paris plus I'd like to do a day trip myself outside of Paris. We could go in October or November or March or April. Where do I begin?
