This week, the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum waves its usual $15 admission fee and lets everyone in free for National Design Week.

The Chanel Mobile Art exhibit opened this week in Central Park. Twenty international artists give their take on the classic Chanel bag in a "futuristic pavilion" designed by Zaha Hadid. Free; through November 9th.

Madison Square Park's ever-popular Shake Shack is opening a satellite location on the Upper West Side.

For those looking for Broadway tickets, the Brooklyn TKTS booth is never crowded.
