The dollar has been becoming stronger in the past week, and it may be the start of a long-term rally.
Good news: Investment bank Goldman Sachs predicts that the dollar has fallen as low as it will go against other currencies.
Bad news: The bank thinks the "natural rate" between the dollar and the euro is $1.40 to €1—still much higher than a few years ago.
