Oh good Lord. I am usually most afraid of local car travel whenever I leave home without my own trusty vehicle. That looked positively insane!

Indeed insane, however, you can tell that the timing of this recording was sped up a little. You can also tell by the couple walking together at the bottom of the viewer, they are walking at an unnatural speed. Not to downplay the traffic, it's crazy, but sped up a bit.

But at least this is moving. I used to work in DC and as I rode home on the Metro I saw I-95 completely stopped, sometimes in both directions. We called it the I-95 Parking Lot.
